Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training for coach bus and minibus drivers. On the 10th of September 2008, the Road Safety Authority introduced Driver CPC for all professional coach, bus, or minibus drivers. This involves drivers undertaking one module of training each year for five years in order to retain their Drivers CPC.

Each module is of one day`s duration (7 hours) and attendance must be verified by a training provider approved by the Road Safety Authority. From September 10th 2009, this training requirement will also apply to professional drivers of goods vehicles

As an RSA approved training provider, Nifast is offering Driver CPC training to groups or individuals who must undertake the training in order to maintain their driver CPC status.

Nifast offers the course in their approved centres in Dublin and Cork. For further information, please contact our Fleet Safety Services office in Dublin at 01-895 5755 or fleet@nifast.ie

Client Testimonial  - Pat Smyth, Individual

"Just a quick note regarding the Driver CPC course I recently sat in your Cork Office. We both enjoyed it , had great craic and learned alot. It was a very well put together course from start to finish. The location was great and well done to George (Nifast Instructor), we tested him! After hearing stories from other drivers, who attended other courses elsewhere, that it was 7 hours of crap / rubbish / time filling, waste of money, all I can say is we were very impressed and are looking forward to the next one."
