Consultancy
Proposals are valid for a total of 60 days from the date of issue.
It is agreed that all matters relating to the client's business will be treated as confidential by Nifast.
It is agreed that documentation submitted by Nifast, to the client contains confidential information, which will not be used directly or indirectly in any way detrimental to the interests of Nifast.
It is agreed that if the client requires additional features incorporated in the survey or the report then this will be billed for accordingly.
It is agreed that documentation submitted by Nifast will not be reproduced or given to a third party without the permission of Nifast.
It is agreed that the acceptance or rejection of the advice offered is the responsibility of the client.
The total agreed fee will be invoiced and issued with the first draft of the report.
Any necessary changes/additions can be agreed during the subsequent 30 day period and full settlement of the invoice required by that date.
It is agreed that in other appropriate cases, progress invoices may be issued which will reflect work carried out to date.
Ownership of documentation supplied by Nifast remains the property of Nifast until payment is made in full.
Should you wish us to proceed with the work outlined in a consultancy proposal, we will require a Purchase Order number or written instruction to proceed along with confirmation of the invoicing address.

In-company Training
Please observe the following arrangements regarding in-company cancellations and transfers. At least 10 working days are required for any cancellation of courses. Cancellations made with less than 10 working days notice will be liable for the total course fee. Transfers made less than 10 working days before a course are subject to a 25% administration charge.

Public Courses
Public course fees must be paid in advance. On receipt of a completed booking form, the invoice for attendance on a public course is sent separately to your Accounts Department.
Please observe the following arrangements regarding cancellations and transfers. Places cancelled less than 2 weeks before a course must be paid for in full. Transfers made within 10 working days before the start of a course are subject to a 25% administration charge. Names can be substituted at any time at no additional charge.

Seminars
Cancellations received within 7 days of the seminar will be charged in full. Change of name can be made at any time.
